
A lifelong student of history, Steve has visited more than 30 major historical sites, including 15 presidential homes, libraries, and museums. He is currently writing a book on U.S. presidents and innovation and has written a feature-length screenplay about the Korean War.
Steve has a deep interest in Korean War history and in honoring the veterans who served, including his father, a Marine who fought in the Chosin Reservoir campaign. This personal connection informs his commitment to preserving historical memory and elevating stories that might otherwise be overlooked.
Professionally, Steve held senior leadership roles at Visa, Citigroup, J.P. Morgan, and other financial services firms, with experience spanning finance, strategy, and innovation. Today, he runs his own consulting practice alongside his work in history, research, and writing.
He holds an MBA in Finance from Syracuse University and undergraduate degrees in Business-Economics and U.S. History from SUNY Oneonta. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and previously served on the Board of the United Way of Long Island, where he raised more than $50,000 for veterans’ organizations.
